Partner program terms

These terms apply between you and Qubihome (operated by Qubitty) when you accept them in your account and receive a referral link. They add to the terms of service and the privacy policy. A written agreement with Qubihome, such as a sales representative agreement, takes precedence where it differs. The partner program page is a plain summary only.

Your link is personal and may not be sold or transferred. A visitor is attributed to the first partner link they open, for up to 60 days, and only if they create an account in that period. You cannot be credited for your own account, for accounts you control, or for accounts of people in your own company or household. Qubihome decides attribution from its records and its decision is final unless it made an obvious error.

Rewards arise only from payments for a Qubihome agent plan or business directory plan made by a referred customer. They never arise from leads, enquiries, quote requests, listings, deals or sales, from city placements or other add-ons, or from the verification badge. You may not offer, request or imply a reward for any of those. Companies in regulated categories have no paid plans and earn nothing.

• Member: the referred customer gets the current introductory discount, and you get a matching credit on your Qubihome bill. A credit is not cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Sales representative: the commission set in your written agreement, on net revenue actually collected.
• Public: not yet open. Terms will be added before it opens.

A reward is created after the referred customer's first successful payment and stays pending for 30 days. If the payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, the reward is reversed in the same proportion. A credit that was already applied may be taken back, and an amount already paid to a sales representative may be offset against later payments. Rewards are not earned on free periods, test payments or payments that Qubihome has refunded as a goodwill gesture.

For the member and public tracks, at most 10 referred customers per calendar month earn a reward. Qubihome runs automatic checks for self-referral, shared company email domains, shared networks and shared payment cards, and may hold a reward for manual review. Qubihome may ask you for information to complete a review. A reward under review is not owed until it is approved.

You must recommend Qubihome honestly and say clearly, wherever you share your link, that you receive a reward. You may not promise income, listings, rankings or results; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; create fake accounts or reviews; present yourself as Qubihome; bid on Qubihome brand names in paid search; or use the link in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the platform where you share it. You are responsible for following advertising and marketing law where you operate, including rules on disclosing paid recommendations.

Member credits are applied to your Qubihome bill and have no cash value. Sales representatives are paid monthly by bank transfer against an invoice for the earned commissions, with a payment reference. You are responsible for your own taxes on any reward, for issuing valid invoices where required, and for giving Qubihome correct details. Qubihome may withhold or delay a payment where the law requires it or a review is open. Only registered businesses are paid, and a sole trader counts: sales representatives must give Qubihome their business name, tax ID and country, and Qubihome pays commissions only after it has checked them.

Qubihome may suspend or remove a partner, and void unpaid or unapplied rewards, if these terms are broken or there is abuse, fraud or an error. You may stop taking part at any time by writing to hello@qubihome.com. Qubihome may change the program, the rates or these terms for new referrals, and will give existing partners reasonable notice of any change that affects rewards already pending. Commissions for sales representatives continue as set in their written agreement.

Qubihome does not promise any level of earnings, traffic or customers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The governing law and courts are those in the terms of service, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Questions: hello@qubihome.com.
