Partner program

Every active partner gets a personal link. Share it with an agent, an agency or a company that could use Qubihome. When they create an account through your link and subscribe to a paid plan, the program rewards you automatically. There is nothing to claim and nothing to track by hand.

• Members. Agents, agencies and companies with an active paid Qubihome plan. The person you invite gets 20% off the first 3 months. You get a matching 20% credit on your own Qubihome bill. Credit only, never cash.
• Sales representatives. By written agreement with Qubihome. A commission on the revenue of the customers you bring, paid monthly from a statement. Ask us at hello@qubihome.com.
• Everyone else. A public program is planned. Sign in and open your account page to join the waiting list.

The percentages and periods above are the current settings and can change for new referrals.

Rewards are tied only to the Qubihome plan subscription that the person you invited pays for: agent plans and business directory plans. They are never tied to leads, enquiries, quote requests, listings, deals or sales. City placements and other add-ons do not earn rewards, and the verification badge is never part of any reward. Companies in legal, mortgage, tax, insurance and similar regulated categories have no paid plans, so nothing is rewarded for them.

A reward starts after the invited customer's first successful payment and becomes available after a 30 day hold. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the reward is reversed, and a credit that was already applied is taken back. The first link a visitor uses counts, for up to 60 days. Each partner can be credited for up to 10 referred customers per month. Automatic checks look for self-referrals, accounts that share a company email domain, the same network or the same payment card. Flagged referrals wait for a manual review.

• Recommend Qubihome honestly. Do not promise income, listings or results.
• Say clearly that you receive a reward when someone you refer subscribes.
• No spam, no bulk or unsolicited messages, and no fake accounts or reviews.
• Do not present yourself as Qubihome, and do not bid on Qubihome brand names in paid ads.
• Never offer or imply a reward for leads, enquiries or deals.

Qubihome can void rewards and suspend a partner who breaks these rules or who causes errors or abuse.

When you open a referral link, Qubihome stores a small cookie (qh_ref) with the code, for up to 60 days. Without your consent to preference cookies it lasts only until you close the browser. See the cookie policy and the privacy policy. A partner sees only the company name, country and plan status of the people they referred, never their personal data.

This page is a plain summary, not the full agreement. Partners accept the partner terms in their account before a link is issued. Qubihome may change or end the program, with notice for existing partners, and may void rewards that were earned by mistake, by abuse or against these rules.
